Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the tsacademy.tech website and all Troubleshooting Academy products (together, the “Service”), including the Salvo browser extension. The Service is operated by Troubleshooting Academy (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Troubleshooting Academy publishes a range of products, including browser extensions, mobile and desktop apps, command-line tools, e-books, templates, and other digital downloads. Some products are free, some are paid, and some offer a free tier with a paid unlock. The terms specific to each product are described on its product page and, where applicable, in the product-specific section below.

For software products, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. Digital products are for personal use as specified in the product details.

You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute a product or a license key; (b) reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent license checks or usage limits, except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or (c) use the Service to violate any law or any third party’s rights.

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments’ terms. Some products are instead sold or distributed through third-party stores (for example, the Amazon Kindle Store or the Chrome Web Store), in which case that store’s terms also apply.

Pricing and what a purchase includes are described on the relevant product page. For products that issue a license key, you are responsible for keeping your key private; a key shared publicly may reach its activation limit and stop working.

Salvo (browser extension). The paid unlock is a one-time payment (regional pricing may apply; the price shown at checkout is final) that removes the free tier’s per-batch limit and enables the advanced open options described on the Salvo product page. There is no subscription.

On purchase you receive a license key by email, which may be activated on up to 2 devices. You can free a device slot yourself with “Deactivate on this device” on the Activate screen. License validation depends on Dodo Payments’ availability; the extension provides an offline grace period so short outages do not lock out paid users.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

All content, products, and resources available through the Service - including the site design, logo, images, and text - are the intellectual property of Troubleshooting Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from this material without our prior written consent. Any third-party content is acknowledged and remains under its respective rights.

We may update, change, or discontinue features of any product at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website, device, or browser version. You are responsible for how you use the products, including the links you choose to open with Salvo.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is capped at the amount you paid us for that product; where the product was free, that cap is USD 10. This is a ceiling on what we could be required to pay, not a refund or a payment you are entitled to.

You may stop using any product at any time by uninstalling or discontinuing it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and described on tsacademy.tech. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
